ELSEVIER UK TECHNOLOGY DIRECT SOURCING STRATEGY - 2017

  • Identifying failure points

  • Trials of new Talent-based technology platforms

  • Internal & external assessments of Talent pools for the business (average time to hire, salaries, reasons for change of employment, source of talent pools, etc.)

  • Researched and engaged with technology events, groups, conferences and communities to extend the business Talent Community.

  •  Recommendations

    • Process for Talent Acquisition Management & Direct Sourcing Model engagement - Including a complete workflow for both groups and how these groups engage with the business and each other.

    • Talent Technology Platforms, various trials/demos conducted on various types of talent-based platforms. Recommendations made that were best fit for business included; direct sourcing tools, email scheduling tools and, etc.

MY MUSIC WEBSITE

Really enjoying my recent interest in coding and I have  started developing "My Music Website" a website dedicated to my music. I play guitar, it's pretty amateur but I enjoy learning things that challenge me both music and coding provide, it keeps me stimulated! I have recently registered with General Assembly for a JavaScript course and I am hoping to do a number of more courses in 2017 with a potential view to doing a Part-Time Computer Science Degree in 2018.
